I have set up my printers fax feature and it Passed the fax tests. When I try to fax I get the message that the printer is not connected and to go to the Start> HP> Select printer and click connect (Connect printer does not show up). The printer is connected by Wireless and was working before. I cannot not figure out how to resolve this matter. Can anyone HELP me please.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting connectivity issues while faxing

Restore printer to defaults settings and setup the wireless conenction and Fax again.

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

5. Select which function you would like to restore to the original factory settings: Network and Fax

6. Touch Continue. A message appears stating that the settings will be restored.

7. Touch Yes.

Set up the printer on your wireless network
