I have a pay per month account for up to a certain number of printed sheets, which includes ink when needed. However I can’t find out how many sheets I have printed when I log into my account. Where on the Home Screen do I click to find this information? Thanks for any help

Hi @Chrismo21
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you want to check the page count, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
To check your print usage on your HP Instant Ink account, follow these steps:
Log in to your HP Instant Ink Account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website and log in with your credentials.
Access Account Information:
- Once logged in, look for a section labeled "My Account" or "Dashboard". This is typically found in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
View Usage Details:
- In the account dashboard, there should be a section for "Print History" or "Usage". Click on that to view your printed pages and remaining page count.
Check Subscription Details:
- You may also find information about your subscription plan and how many pages you have left for the month in the same area.
Or you may also try these steps:
To see your print history:
Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.
Click Instant Ink in the left menu if that option is present.
Click Print History.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Raj, thanks for your help. I have now successfully located the information I was looking for using your instructions. Don't know why it didn't work previously when I logged in, but I was using the app on my phone, so this time I googled the HP official site on my iPad and signed in, and the information came up on the opening page! Guess that the app isn't functioning correctly?
