I would like to connect to a Scanjet 5000 s4 scanner from my mobile device using the JetVantage app. In order to connect via WiFi direct it is asking for a password. I don't have one. How can I find it or reset it? Thanks

Hi,

Press the Cancel button first and then the Down arrow button to generate a password, which is displayed on the control panel LCD.

Thanks that worked. I found that I needed to press the cancel button, and while still holding it, press the down button to get the password.
