Getting fax confirmations but destinations aren't receiving full faxes.

Hello! 

We are having a chronic issue where we send a fax with a successful confirmation back to us but the destination either only gets a portion of the fax or sometimes they even receive a full black page for a page. We send 4 pages, get confirmation then they only receive 3 of 4 and any one of those pages could also be black as well. 

I have no idea what's happening.

I understand that you are getting issues in sending fax, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Turn off the ECM(Error Correction Mode) while sending fax

1. From the printer control panel display, touch Fax .

2. Touch Setup.

3. Touch Preferences.

4. Scroll to Error Correction Mode to touch to turn the feature on or off.

Lower the fax speed: Using the slow or standard setting can improve sending success.
