My scanner is in all in one 2700 series and it scans in awful. I bought it not too long back and just got the usb cord to connect it to my laptop to scan in my documents, because i couldn't use the wireless. Every time I scan anything it has grey vertical lines going down the document or image. I tried looking what this means and people suggest the glass maybe dirty. I clean it with a glass cleaner with a lint free cloth and then dry it with another lint free cloth and it still does this. It still scans grey vertical lines. I also unplugged the printer/scanner while I cleaned it so I am unsure why its still not scanning correctly.
