I have the HP Smart installed. I can print reports from HP Smart. I can't print any other jobs. I spoke to HP support who tried for over one hour to load the 8620 driver. He was unable to install the driver. He tried everything registry, services and setting. The driver just would not load. The IP address is correct when enter on the browser and  shows up HP Smart ready. Setting error no driver available.
