Can you see the power light solid lit, or may you see any blinking lights on the printer?

 

Can you successfully print a report by holding the Cancel button for 3 seconds?

 

what exact response occurs when trying to copy?

 

Can you see the same response when copying both black or color?

the power light blinks when the copy button is pushed and no copy is made this happens for both color and black/white

no report prints when the cancel button is pushed

the DEVICE IS BUSY  reply comes through when trying to update

Thanks for clarifying.

 

Please unplug any cable from the printer, then only plug the power button and power on the printer.

Can you see the power light now blink or solid lit?

 

Can you see any other light blinking?

 

How is the blue wireless light? off, blink or solid lit?
