Hi there,

 

A friend of mine has an old windows Vista PC and wants to connect - using USB - a HP Deskjet 4230E recently bought.

Anyone for a suggestion or idea on how to make this possible ?

Hi,

You probably wanted to write is not compatible nor works with Vista ?

I read the specifications before - ie as your HP answer - as my first try and this is why I contacted the forum - and not the software support - to ensure there is no other solution. 

If no other idea will appear in the next days, I'll close the issue.

Apologies. This printer is not compatible with Windows Vista. 

 

We do not support Windows Vista.
