Need help with HP Smart with the Scan to email NO LONGER working.  I have a windows 10 PC and an upgraded MS Outlook email.  Error I get when trying scan to email is: Incorrect credentials. Check your username/password and try again.

If you are trying to scan directly from the printer to Office 365 mail, the issue is likely tied to Microsoft' s deprecation of less secure authentication methods. Microsoft is phasing out app passwords which is the way most people configure scan to email. The ability of the printer to adhere to what is referred to a 0Auth is essential and currently HP does not support this advanced authentication method. An option around it is to configure scan to folder, scan the document to your computer and then attach the document through your desktop email. I now it is extra steps but that is the best advice I can give you.
