Product: HP 5740 All-in-one Inkjet printer/scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Putting sheet into doc feeder it pings loaded but then when going to scan the pickup motor seems to start then immediately stops. Have tried all in document https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-5740-e-all-in-one-printer-series/6617253/document/... but problem still exists. Is there a user installable spare part for this or other solution?
