Hello. 

im scanning a document (had to cancel my holiday).   I scan the document.   It sends to my email but there is no attachment 

 

Any ideas please.    The insurance company will only accept by email

Is the size of the attachment less than 5 MB or more?

 

Also, try scanning to a different device and check.
