HP 7612 Scanner error

My scanner works with single page off the glass, but fails with the last page of a multiple-page feed.  Does anyone have a solution for this error?

Please do perform the firmware update

if the problem still continue , please do reply with the below information :

> What happen when you try to copy multiple document ?

> is it specific to application or format based (images or document) ?

>when does this problem happen ?

>did you try to scan to thumb drive ( pen drive) ? if not try and share the outcome 

you can also reinstall the full fetaure software and test the funtionality
