Hello all.  

 

I recently updated my PC to Windows 11 version 22H2.  After this update, my printer will no longer scan to my computer.  It will scan to a USB but not my device.    Every time I try scan to my computer...I see my device in the list of computers, but when I press SCAN I get an error message that a computer needs to be added/set up for the scan.   I am able to print to the printer no issue...so clearly there is a connection between the two devices.  

 

I have updated drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled HP Smart, removed/added the printer, restarted all devices, etc.   Both the printer and computer are on the same wifi network.   I've gone in and tried to make sure all features that need to be enabled to scan are enabled.  I'm sure this is some setting issue after the update...but I just can't seem to locate the correct setting.
