Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, my HP 9010e printer has been giving error 388 since the beginning of December 2023.
Noise on the line.
Since all conversations, whether telephone or fax, are now carried out over the Internet, i.e. digitally, I wonder how noise can arise on the line. This error message comes from the analogue. The routers with a telephone connection convert the signal to digital. How is noise possible on a digital line? Is HP trying to avoid warranty claims???
I replaced all cables and the router. Another fax machine works. the HP 9010e still gives this error 388.
The internal device test says everything is OK.
Everything is ok and still this error message 388.
