Product: HP 9018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 9018 is giving me scanning problems.It will not scan from HP smart but scans from printer to computer.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled HP smarn 3 times, did not help. Windows Scan works

 

Using HP Smart I get the message" Scanning has been cancelled by the scanner"

 

Very discouraged

Do you have any other Computer where you can install the HP Smart App and check ?
