We have a HP 9025e All-in-One Printer. We bought it to scan to email mostly for our small business. I have had several tickets set from HP with no resolution. Did anyone else have this problem? And if so, was it taken care of? What steps did you take?

You did not describe the type of problem you are having with Scan-to-Email.
We do not have access to any HP Support internal ticket tracking.

A guess:
If Scan-to-Email is failing
(and)
If the source of the issue is NOT hardware,
(and)
If the source of the issue is NOT the connection of the printer to your network,
(and)
If the source of the issue is suspected to be the configuration, that is, the manner in which the task is set up,
(then) The following example might be helpful:
In an email account that requires 2-Step Verification,
Assign an App Password / App Specific Password to your mail account.
Use that password as the password in your Scan-to-Email Profile / configuration.
