I tried all day today to use the Mobile Fax feature on the HP app but it doesn't work. I tried to use the Mobile Fax on multiple devices and operating systems including Windows 11, Android, ChromeOS, and macOS. Whenever I select Mobile Fax from the HP app I get an error "Sorry! There was a problem connecting with the fax service" on ChromeOS and Android, "There was a problem connecting with the server. Please try again." macOS, and "There was a problem connecting with the server. Please try again later." on Windows.

I had the same problem yesterday and couldn't find any answers.  Then I decided to go in to the App Settings located at the bottom left of the HP app.  Click on Personalize Tiles.  Turn the toggle button for the Mobile Fax off and then back on.  It works now!!  Good luck.  Hope this helps you!

Tried this, but did not solve the issue. Also tried un installing and reinstalling app. Also receiving "You've reached the limit of trying to contact this person please try again in a few minutes" after one try. Send fax button also getting stuck with rotating image like it's loading. Completely unable to send a fax at all.

Same problem. Just the rotating image and cannot send a fax at all.
