I need a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301-3304 3388 Printer Series driver for a surface ARM processor.

I think the printer is working, but I can't get the scanner software to install.

Do you have any scanner software with the scanner driver for the surface ARM processor?

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Smart Universal Printing Driver (HP Smart UPD) for Windows Surface ARM! 

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301-3304 and 3388 series printers are supported by the HP Smart Universal Print Driver (HP Smart UPD) version 3.08.1.2731 and are compatible with ARM64 architecture. However, for scanner functionality, further installation might be required

.

To ensure full functionality including scanning capabilities on your Surface ARM device, follow these steps:

Download HP Smart UPD

Download the latest version of the HP Smart UPD compatible with ARM64 from the HP Support site.

 

Install HP Smart UPD

Install the downloaded driver following the on-screen instructions.

 

Install Full Feature Software and Drivers

Install the full feature software and drivers for your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3300 series from the HP Support website. These packages contain the scanning software needed for full functionality.

 

Instructions:

  1. Go to HP Support.
  2. Search for "HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301-3304, 3388 printer series."
  3. Download the full feature software and drivers compatible with ARM processors.

Connect Printer to Surface Device

Ensure your printer is connected to your Surface device. Follow the instructions provided in the installation guides.

 

Verify Scanner Installation

Once the scanner software is installed, verify if you can access scanning functionalities.
