I am having a problem scanning in a document. With either the ADF or flatbed, the scanned document comes out horribly skewed. When using the flatbed, the overview scan looks fine but then when I do the final scan it is skewed. This skewed condition persists in either text of B&W mode but color mode works fine as seen in the last image. Using the ADF, even color does not work properly. So, I am limited to flatbed, color scans. Any idea how to fix this for the other modes? Obviously it can scan properly. It just is not. Is there a problem talking to Apple Preview? That is the program I am using to import the scans.

I solved my own problem: I was using the default ePrint driver from Apple. I installed the HP driver and now everything works fine.
