I am trying to connect my USB-drive to my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477 printer but i keep getting an error that the file format is not recognized and that i should reformat it to FAT. but the USB-drive already is in FAT32.
So why am i getting this error? to what format should i set the drive?
