I would like to raise my issue concerning above-mentioned subject. when I am printing it is working but for scanning and copying is not working.
I would be glad if you could instruct me how to resolve this issue.

Try these steps:
Restart the Printer and Computer
- Turn off the printer and then turn it back on after waiting for about 10 seconds.
- Restart your computer to ensure there are no interfering processes.
Check for Error Messages on the Printer Display
- Check the printer control panel for any error messages or notifications that may indicate an issue with the scanning or copying functionality.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support Website by entering your printer model HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M330dfw.
To reinstall the drivers:
- Uninstall the current drivers:
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find your HP printer software, and uninstall it.
- Install the latest drivers:
- Download the latest drivers from the HP Support Website and follow the installation instructions.
Check Scanner Functionality
- Use HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app from the HP Smart website.
- Open the app and add your printer. Use the app to try scanning a document.
- Windows Built-in Scanner Tool:
- Open Windows Fax and Scan (search for it in the start menu).
- Try scanning a document using this tool to see if the issue persists.
Check Copying Functionality
- Ensure that the paper is correctly placed in the input tray and the original document is positioned properly on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.
- Check if the scanner lid is properly closed and there are no obstructions.
Printer Factory Reset
Refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.
Network and Connectivity Issues
- Check network settings: Ensure your printer is properly connected to your network if using a network scanner.
- Reconnect the Printer to the Network:
- Use the Wireless Setup Wizard via the printer control panel.
- Follow the instructions to ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.
