Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this "All in one" printer and since day 1 every time I need to scan the HP "Smart" app cannot find the scanner.

The printer works fine - I can print and copy - but the scanner takes hours to troubleshoot every time I need to do a document. I have to call the tech line and each time they access my computer. It takes at least an hour to reload the software, works that night then next time i go to scan the scanner cannot be found.

I do not have a scan button on printer itself.

This has happened more times than I can count since Feb 2022 when I bought this product and it takes less time to go to staples to have them scan! I kept giving it "one more shot" but am totally frustrated by this and want to just return the stupid thing. 1 year tech support but my time is worth more than hours of 'free' tech support.

I am currently on hold for 1/2 hour for tech support when I got someone on line they want to call me back in an hour or 2 because their system is not working properly!

Who can I speak to???
