I have a HP DeskJet 4100e printer. I am printing from a MacBook Pro M2 running Ventura 13.4. It will not print black. I have printed a Print Quality Diagnostic page multiple times and has not worked. If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked. 

 

Update the Firmware
