Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

I have just moved my office around, my printer will now let me scan as it says it is busy I have tried all sorts to try to get it to work . Uninstalling, taking the electric supply out

What is the exact model of your printer? I see two models mentioned. HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-One Printer /HP ENVY 4500 E-All-In-One Printer.
