I have uninstalled and re-installed drivers 3 times.  I have run the trouble shooter in the print and scan doctor.  The 2545 will print using the wireless network, and cannot find the scan option.  I am using a PC with Windows 8.1  How can I fix the sacnning problem?

I am Having the same issue with my printer for months now. Have tried every single solution listed by HP on this form noth works.

I tried to install onn windows 8.1 , Windows 10, Windows 7 but exact same error. Installed and re-installed the printer million times. RAN HP SCAN DR its a totally useless software. I got this printer n now it does not scan. Please provide a good solution. Remember i have tried every single thing list on this site.

Buy another brand ive spent all day on multiple forums no solution ive had this printer fo just over a year... now out of waranty there is no fix i can find still prints fine but i use it more for scanning Just ordered a new epson of amazon for £30 inc ink just juk them when they run out of ink my first printer on windows 95 20 years ago lasted 10 years!
