Update Ive just discovered there is a HP Smart app and I am trying to get a grips with this seems really slow and hard work at the moment I will look for a manual to use it it seems so much more difficult than the Brother scanner . I tried to delete my post but cannot see a way to do it only edit! First time using this forum please bear with me !
Hi all
I had a brother printer before and when I went on the scan app on my PC it had an option to select the DPI but my new HP doesnt and the quality of scanning my photos is poor.
Also there was a preview option on the main scan screen and I could size the photo prior to scanning but there is no preview button to click
Can anyone help me I have scanned about 30000 photos individually on my last Brother but I still have another 1000 to go and this new HP doesnt seem to have setting options for the above
I am doing this on a flatbed scanner on my PC
Thanks
