 I can use my printer no problems..... just never been able to sort my scanning issue to start it up ???      Please  "HELP"                                                                                     

 This is the message I keep getting..!??...     

   

 WINDOWS FAX & SCAN:    No scanners were detected. If a scanner is installed, make sure that it is powered on & connected to the computer, & then try again.

                                                 For information about adding or troubleshooting scanners, see Help & Support.
