Hi @Saadalroabie,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

You're seeing the message: “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" This means your HP ENVY 4520 currently has Instant Ink cartridges installed, and the printer has been previously enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Here's what you need to know — and how to fix it:

If you don’t want Instant Ink at all, you must:

  1. Remove the Instant Ink cartridges
    • They’re labelled “Instant Ink” and won’t work without the subscription
  2. Buy standard HP 63 or HP 63XL cartridges (non-Instant Ink)
    • Available at most office supply stores or online
    • Make sure they don’t say "Instant Ink" on the box

After inserting regular cartridges:

  • Power cycle the printer
  • It should return to normal printing

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
