Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can someone help me? For the past 6 months at least, I haven't been able to scan anything with my printer. When I try, it takes much longer than it used to to complete the scan. The image that appears when the scan is complete is a completely black page with lines going up and down and side to side.

 

I've restarted the printer. I've restarted my laptop. The printer is connected to my laptop and WiFi.

 

I used to be able to print just fine, but now that's also not working.
