Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I open the HP Smart center and press scan it requires me to sign in to my HP account.  When I sign in it just gives me the circle of death for hours.  I've tried several times, cleared cache, rebooted, etc...  Clearly it's not my account, I had to sign in to create this post.  Do I need to update some drivers?
