Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently moved to a new home.  When I set up my computer/printer everything works including printing but I cannot copy. What is wrong?  I've tried turning everything off, unplugging power for 1 minute, etc and nothing corrects it. The screen continuous says "Now copying" but doesn't.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If you are using a power strip or multi-plug adapter, connect the cord directly to a wall outlet to make sure the printer is getting enough power.
