Hi

 

Im trying to do scan to computer from the control panel of a Officejet Pro 9020. The issue is that I can install the Full Feature Software and Drivers to do this, when you do the easy start software you are never given the option to select Full Feature Software and Drivers it just forces you into HP Smart which doesn't support the Scan to Computer from Printer Control Panel.

 

Is anyone able to assist with this, ideally just a download link to the Full Feature software would be great, forcing people into the Quick start software is incredibly frustrating.

Hi Josh,

You may download and use HP Easy Start offline (which is available within the Software-Utility category), this installs the Full Feature Software option for your printer:

I have tried the full webpack installer, but it just ends up redirecting me to the HP Smart app again and doesnt install the the Full Software/Drivers.
