My scanner does not work. When I try to scan from printer display, it comes up with message: Computer is not responding. Check if usb cable attached or network working properly, then try again. I have also tried scanning from computer/HP Smart and it says the scanner is in use by another user and try again later. I have uninstalled drivers and installed twice already. I used HP Print and Scan Doctor as there were connectivity issues but this is now sorted. I have tried taking out power cord from back waiting 60 seconds and putting back in but still does not scan. I'm using Wireless network set up.
