Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP4502 all in one printer was working.  I changed the black ink installing an HP 61 black ink.  After installation of the ink it started acting up - hesitating in  printing.  It did print our a test page. After that it would not copy.  I printed a recipe from a file on my laptop with no problems.  When I tried to make a copy of the same printed pages,  I got nothing and heard no noise from inside the printer..   I am lost at what to do next.
