HP Envy Photo 7155:   My last identical printer stopped working so I bought a new one. I set everything up on my computer and everything is working fine.........except scanning.  Printer gives me message to go to 123.hp.com to set up smart app.  I already did that when I set up printer I thought. Honestly, I'm hesitant to do it again because at least I can print now.  When I troubleshoot, my computer says it's not connecting to the printer. How can that be?  It's wireless and it's printing fine. Anyway, can anyone help me figure out how to get the scan segment of the printer to work? 😊

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-photo-7100-all-in-one-printer-ser...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
