Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying for two (2) days using HP FAX Testing Service ([Personal Information Removed]) I followed the instructions and every time I send a test I get a Busy signal, It keeps dialing the number and it always is busy. I still don't know if I can send or receive Faxes. Is this service still offered? Is there another way I can test to see if I can?

If you have a phone you can plug in, try to call out to confirm your line works. Or dial the fax number from a cellphone to see if the fax rings. These days with all the digital phone lines out there, faxing is getting tougher to configure and phone companies often configure lines wrong.
