Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am not longer able to scan multi-page documents. The feeder takes them in, the status says 'scanning' pages, and then I get an error message. I have tried several times. Rebooted the computer, and turned the printer off and on. Unplugged too. No issue scanning single-page documents. Anyone else?

What error message?

Is “HP Scan” being used?

I'm not an employee of HP, I'm as volunteer here.
