Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475dw makes good copies and prints just fine. But when  I scan to USB as a jpg or pdf the text is too light. I cleaned the glass, white background and rollers as someone suggested, but no luck - all the saved pages are very light. Any suggestions?
