Product: I have purchased a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227sdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227sdn. I want to do duplex (i.e. 2-sided to 2-sided) copying. The touchpad copy menu does not provide this option - it only provides two options, either '1-sided to 1-sided' or '1-sided to 2-sided'. How can I fix this?

Hi,

The printer supports teo-sided printing only, it does not support automatic two-sided copy of an original.

 

You may place the original on the Flatbed Glass and select 1 sided original - 2 sided copy, then manually reload the other side on tue flatbed glass.
