We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

After running the print and scan doctor I got this error related to the device manager for scanning. For some context, the printer scans all of the pages placed in the document feeder but the PDF generated by HP smart does not include the final page. On the physical printer control panel it acts as though the scanning is still happening for a while after the PDF has been generated.  I've restarted and re synced the printer and still no change. Any ideas for solutions?

It seems like you're facing an issue with your HP Laserjet MFP M234sdw scanner not scanning the last page and encountering an error related to the device manager. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Update Drivers and Software: Ensure that you have the latest drivers and software installed for your HP Laserjet MFP M234sdw. Visit the official HP website and download the latest drivers and software for your printer model. Click Here

 

Check for Firmware Updates: Verify if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Firmware updates can address bugs and improve overall device performance. Click Here

 

Adjust Scanner Settings: Check the scanner settings on HP Smart or the software you are using for scanning. Ensure that the settings are configured to scan all pages and that there are no limitations set for the number of pages.

 

Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions: Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the document feeder. Even a small piece of paper can cause scanning issues.
