Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Just purchased an HP M15w and can't figure out how to scan with it. I see it needs an app, but I am also new to smart phones having just gotten my first one a few weeks ago. Usually I can find easy help on the internet, but no luck with this topic. Any suggestions on where to go or what to do?

Hi,

The M15w is a black & white printer, it is not a scanner and do not offer any such capabilities..

Hi Shlomil,

sorry to say, but your reply is nonsense.

The m15w may not provide an in built hardware scanner. However, it is perfectly compatible with HP´s SMART APP which provides excellent scanning capabilities. You simply take a photo of your document, HP SMART app optimized the image and transfers it wirelessly to the m15w. Voilá! It works perfectly.
