Hello,

i've purchased an HP Lazer MFP 432fdn printer and i'm trying to scan from the printer to my pc (netword folder). While opening the HP MFP Scan to PC setup feature, i can find my printer but it has status disabled prompting a message "Failed to register the device HP Laser MFP 432 (ip.add.re.ss)"

 

Could you please advise why im having such an issue and can i overcome this?
