Only my HP MFPs fail to connect to my Azure tenant protected no-auth SMTP server.

I have a fleet of Canons that have no issue.  I feel like I'm missing something simple.  All devices  have static IPs, gateways, Subnets, DNS servers and domain info config'd.  

"mydomain-org.mail.protection.outlook.com"
Yes, firewalls are config'd.

More detail:
Same unsuccessful result using either Default SMTP configuration or Outgoing Email Profile.
