Please advise if it is possible to scan multiple docs into one scann file.

I understand how to take multiple scans and to group them into a single PDF after the scanning process but was wondering if there is the option to "bundle" the scans during the scanning process.

thebnk you for your time.

Hi @Zanster

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

I understand that you would like to scan multiple documents into a single file.

I could help.

First download the Full Feature Software Here if you haven't done so before.

Please note that you can only scan multiple Documents and PDF files into one file.

  1. Search Windows for 'HP', click your printer model name in the results to open HP Printer Assistant, and then click Scan a Document or Phototo open HP Scan.

  2. In HP Scan, select the Save as PDF or Document to File shortcut to scan the item.

    • If you scanned multiple pages from the ADF, click Save. All pages automatically save into a single file.

    • If you scanned from the scanner glass, load the next page or photo on the glass, and then click the plus button  or  in the HP Scan preview window to scan the next item. Repeat this step until all pages or photos are scanned, and then click Save.

You can also refer to this Link for more information on scanning

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. 🙂
