Hi @Raerunt,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Office Jet Pro 9015 printer is scanning only one page of a multipage document, there might be a few settings or procedural steps to check.
Check Scan Settings:
- Ensure that the scan settings are set to multipage. Some scanners might default to single-page scanning unless configured otherwise.
- If using the HP app or HP Scan software, verify that the file format selected supports multipage documents, such as PDF or TIFF Multipage.
Scan Using Automatic Document Feeder (ADF):
- Make sure the documents are placed correctly in the ADF, which is typically used for scanning multiple pages. If you are using the flatbed scanner, it will only scan one page at a time.
- Ensure that the ADF is properly closed and there are no paper jams.
Software Configuration:
- Check the software or application you are using to initiate the scan. Ensure that it is set to scan multiple pages and assemble them into a single file.
Update Software and Drivers:
- Ensure that the printer's drivers and the scanning software are up-to-date. You can download the latest drivers and software for your printer from the HP Support website.
Try Different Software:
- If you're still facing issues, try using another scanning software to see if the problem persists.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
