I have tried everythingI can think of but nothing works.
I need to be able to scan multiple pages into a single PDF.

@RedRozy15, Welcome to HP Support Community!
My recommendation is to use Image Capture in your Applications folder. Choose your scanner on the left, then click "Show Details" along the bottom.
Choose the format as PDF, then check the box for 'combine multiple pages into a single file.
