Hi @Dflood,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To scan multiple pages into a single document using an HP OfficeJet 5258 printer without the paper feeder, you can follow these steps.

  • Place the first page of the document face-down on the scanner glass.

  • Lift the scanner lid, remove the first page, and place the next page on the scanner glass. Close the lid gently.
  • Repeat steps 3 to 6 for each additional page you want to scan.
  • Once you have scanned all the pages, locate the option to save or finish the scan. It may be labeled "Save," "Finish," or "Done." Click on it to complete the scanning process.
  • Choose a location on your computer where you want to save the scanned document. Provide a name for the file if

  • Review the scanned document to ensure all pages are included and in the correct order.

By following these steps, you should be able to scan multiple pages into a single document using the HP OfficeJet 5258 printer without relying on the

I hope this helps.
