Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
We are using the HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One device. We have activated the Scan to Email feature through Web Services. We send our scans to our email addresses via HP ePrint, and emails are being sent with the sender address eprintcenter@hp8.us. How can we change the sender address? We would like to enable sending through an email address used in our organization. Similarly, our HP OfficeJet Pro 9023 device, which we use, has email scan settings in the EWS (Embedded Web Services). However, in our HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 device, there is no section under EWS for this purpose.
We appreciate your assistance on this matter.
