Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is my second effort to try to get to be able to do manual duplex scanning which is apparently only supported in HP Scan not HP Smart app and the two apps use different protocols apparently, I'm not able to establish good connection with HP Scan app, and I've uninstalled HP Smart to make sure it's not interferring, I've updated all software and not sure what to try next?

Can try using Mopria Scan if you're using Android phones.
