I've scanned to my computer thousands of times using this printer. I just did it last week. Today, when trying to scan a file using the document feeder the HP Smart desktop app is saying "Feature Unavailable. This feature is not supported by the selected printer. Connect to a different printer to use this feature." **bleep**. I've used this printer to scan thousands of times. I don't have any other printers. The only change is that I canceled my instant ink subscription. Is this feature associated with the instant ink subscription? Please help.

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, that doesn’t solve the problem. That’s not the error I’m receiving. My printer is connected and available. It simply says that my printer can’t scan. The quoted text in my initial message is the exact error I’m receiving.
